detlef Posted April 9, 2008 Share Posted April 9, 2008 Because I'm a Vols fan, I usually at least watch the NC game if they're in it. However, I have to agree that the product is nearly unwatchable. Not unwatchable because they're not playing above the rim, unwatchable because they can't do a damned thing right. Both UT and Stanford were throwing up bricks all night long and stumbling around the court throwing errant passes left and right. Candice Parker dribbled behind her back once and I almost jumped out of my seat. Really, aren't they always trying to sell us on how fundamentally sound the woman's game is? Isn't that the hook? They had John Wooden saying a few years ago that this is how B-ball is supposed to be played? Sorry, but I'm not seeing it. I remember watching last year and thinking the exact same thing.
