budlitebrad
I don't see the point. He'll just swipe someone's glasses and use them to break out of the handcuffs.
yo mama
Good. Unlike Steven Seagal, Snipes is not above the law.
DMD
He'll probably have to spend a month in jail and then quietly get a suspended sentence. Sucks to be "the example" and it is nicely timed to be right after tax filing day. No way he is in prison for 3 years.

I know a few others who've been popped for similar charges and each got the max sentence. In each case the judge found that the person either knew, or should have known, what they did was wrong. And they served every day of the sentence in a minimum security work farm. Your average Joe won't get clobbered like this. But tax professionals and those with the means to employ them seem to be held to a higher standard when they get caught with their hand in the cookie jar.
