alexgaddis Posted July 17, 2008 Share Posted July 17, 2008 So our team gets an email from the boss today stating that his son is sick and he will be out today and tomorrow to return on Monday. today is sandwich potluck day here....so I respond to all with: I will make a sandwich for you Larry, I'll put it on your desk for Monday…you like tuna salad? I then get scolded by the team lead about company policy and not sending jokes to the boss, blah blah blah... then the boss responds: Good idea, but why don't you lock it in your desk so the night crew doesn't steal it.
