Big John
the main problem is that most of us are not well informed or educated enough on exactly what we are putting in our bodies.... here's a primary example...Fluoride http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseacti...da-fa2ebd97355e the one myth mentioned...even in one of the video's exposing this is saying that Fluoride makes your teeth stronger, when it doesn't... However, I did not know that this led to ADD, I already knew it was a poison....but it certainly explains a lot.... 10g has been warning about HFCS and undertested drugs in the past
Retrograde assault
All those socialist Europeans and Canadians and Australians with their totally crappy state-run health systems are ahead of us. On behalf of all our right wing brethren, I hereby declare this list bogus, since it doesn't provide the evidence they need. Wikipedia + a few countries with small populations=ahead of the US in heatlhcare? Live until you die and be thankful you had the life you had because nothing is guaranteed in this world. Way to many spoiled people in this country is our number one problem.
Clubfoothead
My grannie likes to say an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. She probably stole that from someone but she's a tough old lady who knows what she's talking about.
Ursa Majoris
Wikipedia + a few countries with small populations=ahead of the US in heatlhcare? Live until you die and be thankful you had the life you had because nothing is guaranteed in this world. Way to many spoiled people in this country is our number one problem. The list is in Wikipedia but is directly lifted from the CIA factbook, an annual publication of our very own CIA. I would imagine you'd consider that fairly authoritative. As for small populations, some of the countries ahead of us are Japan, with over 150,000,000 and nearly all the Western European nations, with a collective population bigger than ours.
