Footballjoe
Lately my wife has been making some awfully good blueberry muffins. They are made from scratch so you know they are good. Mrs FBJ has also been putting in some flax seed for health benfits. This got me wondering, how much flax seed would you need in each muffin to counteract the bad from the muffin? I am not talking about calories because even flax seed has calories. I am talking about things like Cholestoral. Is it possible to put enough flax seed in a muffin to completely do away with the the negative effects of eating one?
BillyBalata
Be careful...that flax seed can make you test positive for steroids.
