I think miller is going to get more balls thrown his way, but is that offense cosistent enough to start him regularly. Heap- just seems to show up once in a while have a good game then disappear for 4 weeks, but is Flacco the QB that can make him relevant again?? Heap can't seem to stay fully healthy, and Mason is Flacco's security blanket ... while OAK certainly is unlikely to light things up with the passing game this year, Russell seems to look for Miller as often as any WR, so Miller should get plenty of chances albeit maybe not so many of them in the red zone.
