Time to Separate Men from the Boys

As if it hasn't been hard enough to scrape up enough points for a win, now you've got to do it with studs sitting or find a suitable replacement on your meager bench or farmed out waiver wire.

My favorite part of bye weeks is that the guy on your bench you've been itching to get in . . . who has put up respectable numbers . . . get his chance to shine (or flop, now that you need him)

exactly...I love bye weeks in my local because while the other teams are depleted in depth, my bench has been going berzerk and now I get to start those players

And they'll underachieve once they hit your starting lineup and will continue to overachieve once they 'hit the pine'. At least that's how it works for me.
