dickerson29
Willie Parker and Jamal Lewis are done. I don't care if they are slowed by injuries..., they should both step aside and let the younger guys take over. Mendenhall looked great, and Jerome Harrison may not be the long-term answer in Cleveland, but he is clearly a better overall back and deserves to be given the job. DMD
Just one game for each though. Harrison wasn't very impressive in his three previous seasons. Mendenhall never rushed for more than 39 yards in his first two seasons. Can't count on one week to prove a new rule.
soopanuts
Yes, and please consider the blocking Mendenhall got. HUGE holes to run through.
dickerson29
ok, maybe a little quick to bench willie, but jamal lewis had the WORST 1000 yard season in the history of the NFL last year.... he never cracked 100 yards from scimmage in any game last year...none, zippo, zilch... he sucks! Harrison has skill, he has never been given a chance until yesterday, and he looked good. Edited October 5, 2009 by dickerson29
bpwallace49
FWP is anything but fast after all the leg injuries he has had. Mendenhall is probably just as fast, and a lot bigger and stronger. a 1-2 punch of mendenhall and moore would be pretty effective, imo
Slugs3511
FWP will disappear from football next year faster than Shaun Alexander......The only question is how close behind is LT.....What a shame....

How impressive do you want him to be? Edited October 5, 2009 by Crazysight
STL Fan
Isn't he now in danger of being SWP?
