And then when he invades a 3rd country for their oil fields, we should turn on him and fight him to force him to leave. Instead of removing him from power, we should sign a treaty with him and effectively neuter him with a no fly zone for a number of years. Once we decide we are tired of him, we should trump up charges about imaginery WMDs and invade his country and engage in some good old fashioned nation building. It will only take a number of years, a few thousand American lives, and a few hundred billion dollars but it will be so worth proving we can establish a semi-democratic theocracy in the middle east.
