Wolfpack Nation
How many of you are benching Peyton Manning, Dallas Clark, Reggie Wayne or Joseph Addai in week 16 because the possibility they won't play the whole game or play enough to get viable points? NEPats
I may bench Manning for A. Smith - but i'm going to wait until at least Sunday morning.
gpfootball09
I may be benching wayne and am definitely benching Addai but I have sufficient backups for both in Jamaal Charles and OchoCinco. It's just depends on what you have to replace them and if it's worth the risk.
snutch
What a dillema. Wayne at home vs. Revis. My only other option is Berrian at Chicago. Or Gage is on the WW, 2 TD's last week, Christmas night at home. My opponent starts V.Young too.... I've never thought twice about starting Wayne, should I start now?! Alexfrog
Planning to play Wayne and Clark as they are two of my best players, I'm simply screwed for the championship game if they dont play...
Wolfpack Nation
I've got Manning and Clark. I can replace Clark unless he decides to put up 23 pts. like he has done the last two weeks. Manning is a different story. I can sub in with Vince Young vs. San Diego or Carson Palmer vs. Kansas City. Who would you put in out of these two? I AM replacing Manning this week with Alex Smith in my league champ game...I foresaw this coming a month ago , and nabbed Smith just for this week vs. LIONS ! n1ttanystee1ers
Two weeks ago I threw Flacco (at Pitt) into waivers for Alex Smith as well, lol. As I just posted, I got Peyton at QB for both title games, ASmith my one backup, Carson Palmer (vs chiefs) the other Edited December 22, 2009 by n1ttanystee1ers

dfine
I have Addai, but I really can't risk him. I have Jason Snelling and Jonathan Stewart as backups. But I am still waiting for the injury report tomorrow to see about Turner and Williams. I could go way of the waiver wire, but pickings are slim. I could get Maurice Morris, Oak boys(BUSH and McFadden) or try to get Jerome Harrison, but I am pretty sure he will be gone before I have a shot at him. If Turner is out, I will have no problem starting Snelling over Addai this week.
n1ttanystee1ers
Are you playing Palmer over Manning? I have no idea. Gonna have to wait. Awesome thing about this very important week is that I have off this Sunday. Usually I got to work at 11am, two hours before kickoff. At least I'll be able to wait til last sec to see what Caldwell is gonna do.
dfine
Actually, the Indy game is a 4:00 PM game, so it makes it a lot harder, especially if your backups are at 1 PM.
jgriffin9834
I just dropped Palmer despite the nice matchup. Can't bench Manning. He got us here right? They'll play to win... how the HELL can Curtis Painter pull out a "W" against Revis and Gang Green?? Check my poll out please: http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?showtopic=312798
Montana is da Man
I am benching Wayne this week. He's too risky with the "how long will he play" questions and he's going up against Revis. I'm starting either Mike Wallace or Josh Morgan in his place.
jgriffin9834
HE'LL PLAY LONG ENOUGH TO GET US POINTS! Watch Caldwell's interview from today.. Manning said the only way they don't play to win is if the coaching staff is LYING to the players! I'm betting my championship on it. No better player in the league to bet on. He's the main reason the Colts are 14-0 this year. Take a look at my FLEX dilemma, will you? --> http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?showtopic=312798
Wolfpack Nation
After reading Gregg Rosenthal's article "Goal Line Stand" on rotoworld.com and listening to Mr. Roto's "Fantasy Focus" Podcast on espn fantasy football, I've decided to bench Peyton Manning for Vince Young and about 90% sure I'll bench Dallas Clark for either Percy Harvin or Steve Smith (NYG). I'm in a WR/TE combo league.
