xmwave
We are expanding to 10 teams this year and prior years teams can keep up to 3 players Non-PPR League 10 teams Action draft with 200.00 to spend Total players is 15 My team and the auction value if i keep them. QB Peyton Manning = 40.00 RB Maurice Jones-Drew = 60.00 RB Frank Gore, SF = 38.00 RB/WR Shonn Greene, NYJ = 1.00 WR Marques Colston, NO WR = 19.00 WR Robert Meachem, NO WR = 1.00 WR Donald Driver, GB WR = 1.00 WR Brandon Marshall, Mia WR = 9.00 RB Chester Taylor, Chi RB = 1.00 RB Reggie Bush, NO RB = 5.00 At this point i think my best 3 are figuring the top the top running back will still go for around 60.00 Peyton Manning = 40.00 Frank Gore, SF = 38.00 Shonn Greene, NYJ = 1.00 Thank you for your advice Edited May 6, 2010 by xmwave
Footballjoe
I think Brandon Marshall may have better value than Gore.
Big Country
What are your starting lineup requirements? Any indication of what other players will be kept? Also, if you have a good idea of who other teams are going to keep, how much will they cost those teams? What I'm getting at is that if you think there will be some top talent available, and most of the other teams are going to be using a high percentage of their cap to protect players, it may behoove you to go a low cost route so you can pretty much have your pick of the top available talent. If it appears most teams are likely to go a low cost route, then it may behoove you to go counter that and lock in some players that are top tier but may cost you a bit more (ala MJD). xmwave
My starting line up requirements are 1 QB 1 RB 1 Flex RB / WR 2 WR 1 TE 1 Def 1 Kick At this point 2 teams are spending under 25.00 to keep three players. last year teams traded with out thinking of the following year and so a couple of teams were able to make key pick ups at a relatively low cost. Others in the league wont say but have told me they are considering starting fresh with no keepers. In our league WR / RB and QB are close to each other in points Passing Every 25 passing yards (PY25) 1 TD Pass (PTD) 6 40+ yard TD pass bonus (PTD40) 2 50+ yard TD pass bonus (PTD50) 3 Interceptions Thrown (INT) -2 2pt Passing Conversion (2PC) 2 300-399 yard passing game (P300) 2 400+ yard passing game (P400) 3 Rushing Every 10 rushing yards (RY10) 1 TD Rush (RTD) 6 40+ yard TD rush bonus (RTD40) 1 50+ yard TD rush bonus (RTD50) 2 2pt Rushing Conversion (2PR) 2 100-199 yard rushing game (RY100) 2 200+ yard rushing game (RY200) 5 Receiving Every 10 receiving yards (REY10) 1 TD Reception (RETD) 6 40+ yard TD rec bonus (RETD40) 1 50+ yard TD rec bonus (RETD50) 2 2pt Receiving Conversion (2PRE) 2 Thanks for your help
Zooty
I'd keep Gore, Green and Marshall Best bang for your buck IMO
Big Country
I'd keep Gore, Green and Marshall Best bang for your buck IMO Considering lineup and scoring system, I'm leaning this way as well.
