yo mama Posted July 26, 2010 Share Posted July 26, 2010 I beg to differ on the grounds that the majority of the people who oppose "death taxes" aren't going to be anywhere near having to pay the taxes themselves (and by "themselves" I mean "their estates"). That's actually a point I made earlier, so I obviously agree with you. But that's not mutually exclusive with Perch's suggestion that even more people would object to the estate tax if more people were subject to it.
