Tyler Posted August 20, 2010 Share Posted August 20, 2010 Its's alright I wouldnt say horrible but, there is room for improvement. I would try to trade Turner/P. Thomas for another RB and a better starting WR. Maybe get a 1-12 WR and a decent RB. Maybe package Turner/P. Thomas and Shiancoe for a better WR and a decent RB. I think RB is deep this year and you will be able to find another one thru free agency and if Forsett pans out you'd be ok. For sure need help at WR. In a PPR, Calvin Johnson is not an ideal #1 WR, because a typical stat line for him is 3-4 receptions for 90 yards and a TD. Wondering whom you drafted during the 2nd-4th rounds? kenya kid 24 Posted August 20, 2010 Author Share Posted August 20, 2010 I had the 12th pick of the draft and I took turner and calvin on the swing, available wr at that point were Roddy white, larry fitz,marshall, austin, and jennings. I liked calvin out of all of those options, I'm hoping stafford has a big year. Fitz with leinert isn't good. Marshall is going to a new team and you can see how well that worked out for TJ hous. Plus off the field issues. I don't like austin or jennings ahead of MegaTron As for my next picks... I made a rookie mistake and went on the bandwagon with a te run. In the 3rd round dallas clark was taken with 3.02 pick, followed by gates,davis, then I took finley at the end of round 3 I have finley as my #1te. Hindsight, I should have taken a wr like Boldin, steve smith nyg, or s.rice The good thing is the line-up order, you need 1rb and 1 wr but the other to spots are flex options, either rb,rb---rb,wr----wr,wr this was my draft order turner c. johnson finley p.thomas cutler wallace forsett breaston stafford brown taylor edelman shiancoe longwell (kickers get a lot of points)otherwise i go last pick bears thomas Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
