vikinglion
Ok. I often try to answer for others, so I'm going to throw out my question. 300 unit, 10 team keeper league. Which 5 do I keep? See signature below. QB- Brees @ 80 RB- C.; Johnson @ 12, B. Wells @ 8 WR- M. Austin @ 36, M. Crabtree @ 10, Maclin @ 10 TE- V. Davis @ 7 Thanks. ts
Assuming PPR: RB- C. Johnson @ 12 WR- M. Austin @ 36, M. Crabtree @ 10, Maclin @ 10 TE- V. Davis @ 7 I'd consider keeping Wells over Maclin if no PPR, might well do so at the price you mention even if PPR ... depends on what players you expect other teams will be retaining ... but Maclin seems like a nice WR3 to have in the fold in a start 3 WR league. Full disclosure: I'm not on the Wells bandwagon, and like Maclin's chances to have a nice season, so am a little biased on this one. vikinglion
Thanks for your opinion. Ours league is NOT a PPR league. Also, Wells' price is 13 this year. Was 8 last year. Thanks again. Looking for more opinions.
Big Country
I agree with ts, and have the same disclosure. Not super high on Wells though he is presenting nice value at a cost of 8. If your league tends to hoard RBs, then I could see keeping him over Maclin just to lock in a decent RB2 but I would want to try for an upgrae in the auction. Maclin at 10 is a real good WR3 value IMO. I don't think you are likely to get either back at those prices in the auctions, so it really does come dfown to your knowledge of the league and whom you think you will have an easier time replacing.
