If the economy is not greatly improved, the opportunity will be there to point fingers at the Republicans in Congress just as much as the Democrats. This is a joint responsibility now. Maybe, but it will be tougher for them to pull it off as they control the Senate and WH. They only way either of them can claim success is to work together to get effective measures passed.
