But I could see Jerry instructing Red to alternate series between the two. Or to go with the hot hand regardless of circumstance. Or maybe give Felix 20+ carries just to see if he can handle the load without getting injured. In other words, it's completely unpredictable. Felix is Jerry's boy, there's no way he tells Garrett to go with the hot hand. He'll go with Felix as long as he's healthy (except for at the goal line).
