Footballjoe
I was watching a HGTV show called "Cash and Cari". Cari does estate sales and also has a store that sells a lot of old stuff. Anyhow on one show someone had a 1975 Marantz receiver and it was sold for $175.00. Got me thinking about my system that I still have. Pioneer SX-737 reciever, HPM-100 amp Pioneer speaker, Pioneer casette player and a Pionner turntable. These were top of the line when I bought them in 1976. I have it set up in my garage. The speakesr weigh 60 lbs each. Anyone else still have there old system?
darin3
I think my parents still have an old (1970's) Sansui or Onkyo receiver that's probably worth $200ish according to my pops... You better hold on to that Pioneer system. Not only will it last for another 20-30 years if properly maintained, but it may garner some serious cash at that point.
