Grits and Shins
Watching the DEN-OAK game ... Denver just flagged for delay of game. Commentary from the announcers is that 'boy are they calling that tight' ??? Excuse me ... there is no 'tight' in clock management ... either the clock reads zero or it doesn't ... there is no subjective nature to that call. Then they go on to say 'usually they get a second leeway' .... really? You've got to be f'n kidding me ...
BeeR
This is surprising how? The dumbing down of sports announcing/reporting (heck sports in general) has been on the move for decades.

I shouldn't be surprised at the stupidity in the booth ... it HAS been in evidence for a long time now.

CaptainHook
The announcer's in the Colts/Falcons game were so bad, I was wondering if they had seen a football game before.
