Its like football except instead of tackling you choke the people on the other team out before they can get the ball across the goal line. I'm the big dude in orange tshirt. Note the ankle lock I put on my training partner. My shin is in top shape today. I had dislocated my right kneecap a few minutes before so I wasn't in peak condition.
