I remember that show. Some Boys found her, called the cops, and when they were pulling her out they initially thought she was being set upon by jellyfish. Turns out those were just her implants, the flesh having been removed by whatever little nibblers and crabs were in that swamp. Pretty funny to hear them go, 'Oh my God! Jellyfish! Oh wait."
