Guest Jeremy Posted September 1, 2017 Share Posted September 1, 2017 have no problem logging into my desktop computer but when signing into my cell mobile it is invalid. I called the service number listed on your site and they recomened that I use chrome browser. and clear my history, cookies site data and cache. still not able to log in with phone. Any ideas as to why this is happening? I have a draft this weekend I would really like this problem resolved soon hopefully. Link to comment
LosGatosEnFuegos Posted September 1, 2017 Share Posted September 1, 2017 I had this problem in the past and it was because my phone was automatically capitalizing the first letter of my email address. For some reason the website treated email addresses as case sensitive, which it should not. Try logging in with all lowercase letters or exactly as you enter it from a computer. Link to comment
