DubVeeYoo
Thinking of offering up Devonta Freeman and Andy Dalton (my back up QB) for Chris Thompson. They don’t have a backup QB at all and Thompson is sitting on their bench. I have Kamara, Lamar Miller and James White as my RBs worth a trade? mclellan83
I have Thompson and have loved what he has done so far but Freemans stock is low right now, I have Coleman so personally I hope he stays out. But think that Freeman ultimately will bounce back and be what you need
straightouttacoughlin
I think its worth the trade for you, if he accepts. But I don't know if he will accept because Thompson had another great week, so he might be considering starting him now or selling him for more. He doesn't really need a 'Back up' QB if he has a great starting QB. He could just stream a QB off the WW when his QB has a Bye week. Also, he might be hesitant with your trade considering freeman will be out at least 4 weeks. I dont know what his team or your team look like so its hard to say if its worth. But based off the trade alone - if i was proposed the trade I wouldn't accept.
mclellan83
The tough call is the variance on Freeman, team says day to day ESPN claims 2 to 3 weeks. I agree about the QB aspect, just think you are giving Freeman away cheap. Coming from a guy that owns Thompson and loves what he has been doing

Montana is da Man
I think you are overpaying big time
BringingDownTheHouse
Thompson shares time with Peterson. However, Thompson is the preferred back for pass-catching.. If its a PPR league and I had Thompson I would be really hesitant in trading him. Although he does have good depth at RB, not like his team will be hurting much if he makes the trade. squirrelmastr21
Why so down on Freeman?
DubVeeYoo
I’m not down on him as much as I’m high on Thompson. I think Thompson has a higher ceiling as Smith tends to target RBs more... plus with the injury and having a solid backup in Coleman, I think it will limit Freeman moving forward. Also, I feel like Freeman is a higher asset than anyone else on my roster. More likely for him to pull the trigger.
