mannymendez25
This is my first year playing Fantasy Football and need a little help understanding PVO and OPRK. I like using real world examples so here we go. My starting defense are the Jaguars. They play against the Titans and the PVO is +1.1 (green) and OPRK is 18th My bench defense are the Dolphins. They play against Oakland and the PVO is +2.1 (green) and OPRK is 22nd My flex player is Tyler Lockett. He plays against Dallas and the PVO is -19.3 (red) and OPRK is 2nd What does this mean? JumpingJehosaphat
OPRK is the opponent's rank against that position -- Dallas is 2nd defending the pass PVO is the how the position plays vs the opponent -- Lockett's WR position is not slated to do well against Dallas Red is bad, green is good. Montana is da Man
Read means it's a bottom 10 matchup, yellow means middle ten and green means it's a top 10 matchup Like @JumpingJehosaphat said, red = bad, green = good and yellow = ok
mannymendez25
Ok so based strictly on numbers, I should bench Lockett this week right?
JumpingJehosaphat
Well, it depends on your other options. We don't have the luxury to start players with good matchups all the time. mannymendez25
My move options for Tyler Lockett (flex) is Jay Ajayi, Danny Amendola, George Kittle, Corey Clement and TY Yeldon. Yeldon and Ajayi are questionable so that leaves Danny Amendola (-4.5), George Kittle (+8.1) and Corey Clement (+5).
