If this happens before Midnight Labor day and the player is no longer on the real NFL IR and you had placed them on IR they will have to be put back on your active roster or released and you will not get credit for a -1 for being on IR. Only players that are on IR as of Labor Day midnight and after that get placed on IR or that are on IR already can be placed on IR. If a player then gets released by their NFL team you do not have to activate them they can stay on IR but this has to be the case as of Midnight Labor Day. Also you can't place a guy on IR if they do not have a contract so if they have no contract make sure you post their contract on your roster page when making your roster declarations. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
