PatrickL
And for all those in the SEC West loooooook out, the garage door is opening and the Cadillac is about to be coming out for Auburn. EAST: 1. Tennessee 2. Florida 3. Georgia 4. South Carolina 5. Vandy 6. Kentucky WEST: 1. Auburn 2. Ole Miss 3. LSU (overrated) 4. Alabama 5. Arkansas 6. Miss St Yeah in the east it'll be the usual, Florida and Tenn battling til the end for the title, while Georgia gets overhyped and ends the typical 8-3, South Carolina should remain in the race for a while to, while Kentucky/Vandy 5/6 is a wash. Out West, Auburn features the conferences top returning defense and running back, while they will once again be haunted by the lack of a true starting quarterback, unless Jason Campbell steps it up and unleashes all that mighty potential. LSU lost a ton to the NFL, Ole Miss has Eli and he's a friggin studd, Bama is in the slammer this year, Arkansas' qb Matt "pooky" Jones is really exciting and Miss St returns Donte Jones, which folks means the west is wide open any of the 6 teams would win and do to my partialitly i chose Auburn w00t. polksalet
Out West, Auburn features the conferences top returning defense and running back, Uhh, did i miss something or is lsu not returning the guy who set the sec record for rushing touchdowns last year? Oh yeah, hogs win the west followed by lsu, bama, and then auburn.
PatrickL
Toefield scored a lot of TD's, but avg'd a paltry 4.3 yds per carry, and didn't crack 1000 yds and he won't even have Josh Reed stretching out those defenses this year. He's nothing compared to Cadillac, the preseason 1st team all sec pick, thx. if you don't know about cadillac, you'll learn soon enuff AUBURN = 2002 Fiesta Bowl Bound! polksalet
Whatever, ive seen him play, hes ok but not stud material. Keep an eye on dearrius howard, if he gets the strating job he will special. As for toefield and his carries, the new qb is an option guy, what will that do for his yards?
spain
Tennesee will win the East again even though they lost 3 1st round draft picks, their entire defensive line, and their running back. Florida lost the visored-one and I dont see Ron Zook cutting it. Georgia will battle with South Carolina for 3rd place. In the West, LSU has to be considered the favorite to win it again. Ole Miss and Auburn will battle it out for second and third. The rest of that bunch is a crap shoot..
