MikesVikes
Was wondering why Jamal Lewis isn't considered a decent start. As stated, no Ravens' players are worthy of starting this weekend. A guy that has Pittman, Tomlinson, Droughns and Lewis needs to find some motivated players somewhere.

Roustabout
I would disagree with the article too in that the Ravens D seems like a great start this week. (At home against Miami.) To make it even better, Miami is going to start Rosenfels.
MikesVikes
Then why wouldn't Lewis gain an advantage on playing with a short field on occasion in this matchup?
Roustabout
Then why wouldn't Lewis gain an advantage on playing with a short field on occasion in this matchup? 635640[/snapback] I agree with you. I don't see why Lewis would not be considered a good play. I think the writer of that article is assuming (wrongly) that teams with no hope of the playoffs are not going to play hard this wknd. Roustabout
I need to correct myself. The Ravens DO have a chance to make the playoffs. So the writer is completely wrong about the Ravens and the Seahawks. (The Seahawks will have plenty of motivation if the Rams win the earlier game.) MikesVikes
I just want to point out that I wasn't calling anyone out on the article. I just wanted to see their side of it. Why they wrote what they did.
