I never believe anything Tice says, but he should have picked one guy this season. Here is the blub from the Minneapolis Star-Tribune:

Vikings coach Mike Tice said he wants to decide on one running back to feature next season. "Whether that's Mewelde Moore, Onterrio Smith or Michael Bennett, I think that has to [be decided] by the time we leave Mankato, if not sooner," Tice said. Tice also said he wants a stronger commitment to the run next season. Offensive coordinator Scott Linehan defended this year's 18th-ranked running attack, citing tight end Jim Kleinsasser's knee injury, the lack of a consistent feature back and having to come from behind in too many games.

If a trade occurs, I wil be more likely to believe it.

That being said, which RB has the most trade value? Which would Minnesota be willing to give up?

My guess is that Onterrio Smith gets traded for a 3rd round draft choice.

I've heard rumors, which are I admit are worthless, that he hasn't learned too much from his 4 game suspension. He can supposedly be found out and about every night of the week. Bennett is injury prone and undependable. Moore is a promising guy, but coming off a rookie year. If teams don't do much homework on Smith, the Vikes could get the most out of him and get rid of a potential problem guy at the same time.

I think Onterio has the most talent, but he is also the biggest problem...Bennett will never become an every down/full season running back with his injury problems...I think with Kliensasser back next year and a committment to run the ball more they should go with Mewelde...but I don't see it happening...
