(AP) - Univesity of Miami Quarterback Brock Berlin agreed to terms of a free agent contract with the Miami Dolphins, the players agent said Monday. A two year starter for the Hurricanes, Berlin completed 406 of 700 passes for 5,099 yards and 34 touchdowns.
