  1. Yes. I provided no GIF. Simply analysis of what I saw posted here. Which was a form tackle around the shoulders. Don't know how to say it any clearer than that.
  2. Starting next week in my flex for sure.
  3. I disagree as well, just from my strict 15-second analysis of the .GIF which I provided above (which you never even really achnowledged). It was a wrap-up tackle around both shoulders. The neck contact was incidental, and there was no head contact at all.
  4. Yes, I see him hitting him initially in the Right shoulder. That is why the neck looks like it is "Stretching" out like that. Because his chest/shoulders are being driven backwards, and his neck stays in place for a second until it catches up with the area being driven backwards. If it was a hit in the neck initially, then the neck would be moving backwards first, not the chest/shoulder area. Sure, his biceps ended up where his neck is, but the force of the hit was in the shoulder/chest area, not the neck. That is why the head/neck looks to stand still for a second.
  5. This worked for me. (would not open when clicking on link either) On the hit itself, I don't see anything wrong. He literally hugs him around the shoulders. If that is not a legal tackle, then I don't know what is. He did not go for the head or neck area, intentionally or not. Sure it looks bad in slow-motion, but any hit in the game where a speeding defender hits a standing still guy will look just as bad. Just so much force involved when someone that big going that fast crashes into you. EDIT: I am a browns fan, so have no bias involved on either side. If anything, I have Brees on one of my teams, so I would have a slight bias towards his side, if any at all. And I don't see anything wrong with this play.
  6. Had both Jordy and Rodgers starting for me. Needed roughly 25 points from each to win (big task, but have done it easily before this season). Got 1 from Rodgers and 7 from Jordy. Lost by 40 or so.
  7. From your ridiculously long signature, it appears that you start 2 DBs and 2 LBs, so why not all 3? Tillman should hopefully be good to go for his usual 10-20 points, and Burnett is just getting warmed up for the season. Ogletree had a stinker last week, but he is a rookie - they can't all be stud games. Depending on who else you have at LB, you should start all 3.
  8. Feel better now? All engines go for a killer 2nd half of the season for Mr. Wake.
  9. Also, keep in mind that Ridley has scored in 3 straight games now. I really wish Vereen had gotten the chance to take the job and run with it while Ridley was sucking it up, but he has been fairly productive the past 3 games. I guess the good thing is how much the passing game has been struggling lately...I would hope that Vereen takes his spot back as the pseudo Aaron Hernandez-type.
  10. What is so "ridicules" (sic) about the fact that they would not have done any better if he was not out there? They did a pretty good job last week against the Powerhouse Arizona Cardinals without him, huh?
  11. Never heard of a dynasty league? You could have had Peyton for a song during the year he was injured. Having him and Brees on the same dynasty team would not be a stretch at all. The fact that you have a star #1 QB lets you take a chance at the QB2 spot on a player like the injured Peyton Manning.
  12. DEZ: 45 catches for 641 yards and 8 TD. Low games of 4-22-0 (6.2) and 5-36-0(8.6). High game of 10-141-2 (36.10) Calvin: 47 catches for 821 yards and 7 TD. Low games of 0-0-0 (injured), 4-37-0 (7.7) and 3-25-0 (5.5). High game of 14-329-1 (52.9). Dez just seems more consistent thus far to me, but Calvin's potential for explosive games cannot be ignored either. I would love to have either on my team. (AJ Green and Demaryius Thomas as well)
  13. Not to mention, even if you don't get it, then that team has first down on their own 1-5 yard line. The chances of a safety on that ensuing defensive possession also have to be figured in there as well.
  14. In my one league that I owned him in, I had to drop him for Obganayya a couple weeks ago. Just could not afford the wasted roster spot in that league. Was hoping for some Ben Tate-like value even as the #2, but that did not happen.
  15. In a dynasty league, getting ANY first rounder for Andre Johnson should be considered a steal at this point.
