Clubfoothead
Haven't tried the roux but if Tony makes it, it has to be good.

A roux for gumbo is pretty simple....oil, green onion, flour, and water and you're set. But I am a big fan of Tony's. I order his seasoning by the gallon jug. When it exploded and landed on my arm it didn't burn as bad as when my attempt at roux exploded and landed on my arm.
