Is Jerry Porter worth holding onto?

Will this bum remain inactive week after week, or is there ANY chance he gets traded somewhere where he can contribute? I drafted him as a possible #4 WR/bye week starter, with some upside if those early rumors came true (e.g. Porter to NE), but obviously he's done squat. Still, can't deny that he's talented when he actually, you know, tries.

 

What say you, Raiders homers? Is there any hope for this malcontent either on the Raiders (doubtful) or some other roster?

Not a Raiders homer...but Shell as you know is old school. This has been an issue for several months....don't see any idea why it's going to change anytime soon.

Before Porter was in the doghouse, he was a wr3 at best... Now he's become a malcontent. He's in my leagues waiver wire pool, and I don't see him going anywhere.

You couldn't pay me to hold a raider player on my team right now, especially a second or third WR

He has the talent. Now all he lacks is a good attitude and a decent QB. In deeper leagues, I think he is worth holding onto (14+), but in the smaller leagues, I would venture to guess there are probably better options out there.

Porter is worth holding onto...if you are using him as a flotation device in the frigid North Atlantic. Otherwise, no.
