1) LJ could hold out and force a trade. The Chiefs are years away from winning anything and it might be in their best interest to take an inexpensive young player and a draft pick.

2) The Packers have some very good young defensive players who improved substantially towards the end of last season. They may not be contenders yet, but I could easily see them getting to the playoffs this year in the wide-open NFC.

Speaking of cheese...LJ would make a nice addition to the zone blocking team in Green Bay.

:D

C'mon Ted...make the sly pre-training camp megadeal that all us Packer fans lust after. DO IT TED!!! :D

Maybe some KC fans can shed more light, but I've never heard LJ described as a cutback runner. From the times I've seen him, the Chiefs tend to be more of a pulling, downhill, toss type of team.

Maybe he's talented enough that it doesn't matter, but on the surface he doesn't seem like a fit for the Pack.

I suppose you're probably right about his running style. I don't know very much about LJ the player really. But after the few things I've heard about LJ as a person over the last few days, I'm hoping Ted doesn't make a move for him anymore anyway.

I've never once paid money for an NFL ticket, uniform, tv product, etc. nor do I intend to for that reason alone.

That's real hard to believe. You don't watch any football on TV? That is an NFL product and probably the most lucrative they have. Never had even a t-shirt of a team? Never went to an NFL game at a stadium. Getting the tickets for free means nothing; they were still paid for by someone. If yes to any of these questions, you're part of the problem just as we all are. FF also promotes much of this.
