I don't mind prep work. We had ribs last week at draft and I would like to change it up a bit. These are all basic meat and taters type guys. Going shopping later this afternoon. Thanks for any and all suggestions If you're $ minded, I like chicken leg quarters. Cheapest option when you're feeding many. Find the joint between the thigh and the drumstick, cut 'em into 2 pieces, do a simple marinade overnight and grill away. Should feed everyone for less than $20.
