Still one of you left. The above theory has already been squashed. To answer the question, sure I've been out after 2 AM but I'm not Mendenhall, nor was I just drafted in the NFL draft, in the 1st round, by the Steelers. I just might be a bit more careful if I had been. However, I have no issue with what Mendenhall did. He didn't break any laws, was just walking about and has all the right to make his own decisions.
