millerx
peeeeee eewww! :holdsnose: sorry Big 10 supporters, but they look even worse this year. thoughts?
Gopher
It's not just the Big 10... Oklahoma State doesn't look like the #6 team in the country, Texas is struggling against Wyoming , and Tennessee trails UCLA at home. There appears to be a lot of parity in college football right now. As far as the Big 10 goes, I have a feeling it's only going to get worse tonight... I expect ND to beat Michigan (I think they're the better team, but have allowed Michigan to keep it close through 2+ quarters). I also have a bad feeling about Air Force coming to MN tonight, USC should beat OSU by double-digits, and Oregon very well could take their frustration out on Purdue as well. Gopher
Texas looking better in the 2nd half, after a SLOW start. Meanwhile, Houston about to take the lead back on OSU.
GWPFFL BrianW
My thoughts are, they have 2 losses. Nothing more nothing less. And Iowa is 2-0, which ultimately is all I care about. Have there been some ugly wins? Yes, but wins nonetheless. However, I still fully expect USC to thump Ohio State, because that's what USC does to non conference opponents. wildcat2334
I was fairly impressed with OSU in the L against, USC, which with OSU's tradition is tough to swallow but the reality is that is where they and the Big 10 are nationally...... I think OSU/PSU are legit BCS contenders, but overall?? yes the Big 10 is looking brutal so far - an interesting test this weekend as my Cats go into Iowa for a battle of fairly evenly matched teams - UA is probably the 5th best team in the Pac 10 and Iowa #4-5 in the Big 10 - line is Iowa - 5 in a close game, I think Iowa takes care of biz at home

I actually was gonna be going to the game, but scheduling conflicts have me working Saturday morning. Baby Mikey Stoops returns home to face his alma-mater. Should be fun. Gopher
Hopefully you arn't a gambler? Actually, I do a little bit, but mostly NFL... I guess I was thinking worst-case scenario with those games. Turned out better than a lot of people thought, and I wasn't really surprised by any of the outcomes, other than the fact that OSU outplayed USC for 3+ quarters. BeeR
PSU is not a legit top 10 team. Top 20 mebbe. OSU is good but will choke again, as usual. That's really it for the Big 10.
