the3technique Posted November 7, 2011 Share Posted November 7, 2011 Just wondering who's lineup was damaged by choosing the OAK defense because they thought that they would be able to take advantage of Tebow and his talked about struggles. Unfortunately I was one of those people and it was so frustrating. Should have realized the Lion's D was way better than Oakland's D to have success against Tebow. I still won, but Im not playing that game anymore. At least you were still able to win your matchup. I lost mines and those points, or lack thereof, made the difference in my loss. Didn't matter as I had Philip Rivers, Arian Foster, Jordy Nelson, Vincent Jackson and Jason Witten with Tebow on the bench... a stat correction knocked them down to giving me just 1 point. sweet. Yep, Oakland's defense gave me -11 points. I picked Oakland up off the waiver wire, when I read Free Agent Forecast. Boy, they were wrong. OUCH! I lost. I have Newton as my starter and needed to start Tebow (One of the only guys that had faith in this guy in our league) and played him. I hedged by starting Tebow and the Oakland D. The idea was Tebow would get his but gift-wrap some for Oakland too (Tebow and the Lions D combined for over 50 points 2 weeks ago).
