lawofmurphy
How do I deal with the constant paranoia that Helu will be randomly benched for no reason?
detlef
You and me both. I picked him up a few weeks ago and fortunately haven't needed him. But we can start 4 RBs and he's just been putting up too good of numbers for me to hold out any longer. In you go Helu. Don't cuff me Shannahan! MTSuper7
I traded Helu for Laurent Robinson a few weeks ago to avoid the insanity. But even now I think you have to feel as comfortable as you will ever feel starting Helu. Which is exactly what Shanahan was waiting for... He realized that nobody was starting his RBs because he was too insane. He has lied dormant long enough...
Cunning Runt
I started him the last two weeks and will again this week. Put it this way.... I also start Ryan Mathews and have more confidence in Helu than Mathews.
buddahj
I've also been starting Helu the last few weeks. With Forte being out, he's been a pleasant surprise.
dougsullivan
He has been very solid and I love the way they force fed him the ball inside the five yard line last week, alhtough he did not score. NYG really sucked agaist the run on Sunday night, so i say start away.
Brentastic
I've been starting Helu for a few weeks now and it feels great! I drafted Hightower as my starter and Helu as his handcuff and it's really not as bad as you might think. Helu is a stud in the making, imo. There is no threat of another RB starting over him - I think the hesitation earlier in the year was really due to him being a rookie. But it's obvious to everyone that Helu is the guy in Washington... at least while Hightower is down and out. No guarantees next season. Mark5
Picked him up week 5? started him once (a bad week of course) then dropped him after the torment of Shanny.. Boasted on our MB about being FREE of Shananigans. .HAD to pick him back up due to injuries and enjoyed last week and can only hope for the best the next two weeks.. Just fire Shanny so we can go on with out FF lives
