Fighting a cop is never a good idea, especially when you are older , almost disabled, and pretty much feel the guy can take you. Threatened to get in his car and go to another guys house and beat him in front of his wife. The other guy was pretty shaken. He wasnt the fighting type and had a newborn in the house. Pretty disturbing to find out they are adults, Mr I wanna fight guy is a cop. Ignore him, collect evidence to use against him, and quit the league (he is commish), I wouldn't even bother waiting until next year. I cannot believe people take this so trucking seriously. Have someone tape it as he suggests. Then just stand there and take a beating. Do not make even the slightest move to defend yourself, and do not throw a single punch. The day before Ray Rice was injured I offered him Rice and DeSean Jackson for Julius Thomas OR Jordan Reed, and he turned me down though he needed a WR and a RB.... At that point nobody knew Rice would suck. He laughed at my offer. I got pissed and made fun of his team on the message boards. Well, he is in next to last place and I am in first place. He would have been much better off if he had taken my offer, and as it turns out, I likely would have been worse off. Anyway, it got heated and he has already stated he won't be back next year. This is a 22 year league, and he is the only owner who couldn't take any verbal abuse, in fun or not. But trade aside, he is new, and after the season started, he wanted to implement about 6 rule changes for next season, which coincidentally, would just happen to really help him with his keepers. I probably went too far, but he drove me nuts.... I would never fight, but I wanted to kick his ass.... Virtually. Point being, sometimes we all need to take a breath. Myself included. Adonis2013 Posted November 18, 2013 Share Posted November 18, 2013 if ur family is going with you...why would he need to bring the video camera so your family can "see what a bitch you are "? i had a similar situation awhile back only not to this level, basically it was a just a guy flipping about that the league is bs and used plenty of colorful language and was kinda calling people out ....I took it upon myself to just apologize on the message board if i offended him and just say the league is supposed to be fun and the last thing i want out of this is any drama...etc etc blah blah blah and after the bomb is diffused just stay the heck away from that guy in the future Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
