  1. Three leagues (1 in 2004 when my wife's uncle got me started in this thing and 2 in 2005) and three SB championships (2004 from 6th place, 2005 from 2nd place in both leagues) with one DESPITE some excellent advice to start Steve McNair instead of Peyton and David Garrard this weekend!!! OUCH! But its been fun!
  2. Thanks! I was expecting the SB in the first league... but came out of nowhere in the second league (thnx in part to Moats and Wells last week).
  3. Would appreciate insights... I'm only in two leagues and in both SBs (and lost Peyton in both)... LEAGUE ONE Garrard or McNair or search deeper on the FA market? (Lost both my QBs after last week...) LEAGUE TWO (including some FA options) QB: Eli, Drew, Boller or McCown? RB (Need Two): Moats, Williams, Fast Willie or J Wells WR (Need a Second with Glenn): Bennett, Andre Johnson, Toomer, Engram, or Muhammad Thanks!
  4. With Peyton as good as out and Warner (my solid backup) down and out, I've picked up McNair and Garrard as options... or could look at current FAs like Boller, Frye (don't like his matchup), Brunell (see Frye), Frerotte or Sage, or B Johnson. Please help me with some insights!!!
  5. If James gets a full half, he's probably worth playing with the options. Bettis (with his TD tendency) would have to be the other.
  6. should I be concerned that he's playing the Colts? -thanks, jmc 1230500[/snapback] I wouldn't. It seems that Hass will be just fine against an IND DEF that is preparing for the playoffs and avoiding injuries!
  7. I'd go Hass over Dillon with Indy not necessarily pushing everyone on DEF. Dillon for sure at RB... and avoiding Edge.
  8. Probably Palmer... but wish I could have your debate after P Manning and Warner went out (for all practical purposes) this week!
  9. I'm sitting Peyton for Garrard (or McNair)... both waiver pickups this week since Warner went down... don't think they will risk Peyton after slight injury last week. Probably go with Bruce over Wayne... again because of the fear of injuries that IND finally got a taste of last week.
  10. Houston is hot right now... and NE has lost part of reasons to push hard. I think I'd pray that DD plays this week on the second part (which I would prefer not to see since I have Wells...)
  11. Good Luck!!! My 15-year-old son went 12-0 before I beat him in the final week of the regular season and again in the semi-finals last week (Thanks to LT and the Edge and Carson having off weeks)... and he may never forgive me!!! I can't imagine sitting Ward this week... while TJ may not get as many touches if CIN gets a big lead...
  12. It would be nice if that M. Morris was Mercury Morris!!!
  13. With the O line beat up... and Peyton hurting a little and probably short on playing time... and with trying to keep everyone healthy... I would be very tempted to go with Moulds (since Holcomb) appears to be playing.
  14. Chambers, Burress or Ward as 2nd reciever? (Must admit I'm leaning toward the Dolphin...)
  15. I need a 3rd RB... choosing between: C Dillon C Houston R Moats W Parker D Rhodes J Wells Thanks for the help!!!
