  1. Reporting that Ellington is out for the year now per below from ESPN:
  2. Aside from a bid system, a continual rolling list works better than just by record. Once you make a pickup you go to the bottom of the list which rolls over for the next week. Probably the second most common type, but wanted to put it out there as an option vs bids. It might be an easier sell (depending on the league) and is certainly less involved than managing ww funds. EDIT: Also, adding a fee is great, but you still want people making moves as that is half the fun. Have a $1 fee in one league, which makes you think a bit, and a $5 fee in another that is probably a bit too restrictive for my tastes.
  3. Then the value is about spot on. If it were PPR, then Forte is the #1 back and you may need to give up a bit more. Probably will have a tough time getting it accepted though as it will really make your lineup deadlier than it already is.
  4. Yeah, that's why I said probably. Shoelace has been doing well and as long as he stays healthy, he is the main guy in Jax. Ingram has been a stud and isn't a bad play, but the combo of SF D and Robinson coming back, makes him slightly less favorable than Shoelace. Rainey scares me due to Sims and because he's Rainey. He does have the best matchup though.
  5. Yeah, seems like a good deal. Depends on the other guy's needs. Is this a PPR?
  6. Denard might be the choice there. I think I'm sitting Ingram for Golden Tate at flex in a PPR league and debating Rainey vs Miller in another.
  7. Standard league, need to pick one. Miller banged up vs. Detroit's stout D or Rainey with Sims possibly stealing touches vs Atlanta's gift giving D?
  8. Yeah, I'd agree with rajn, solid RB2/Flex numbers with upside depending on match-up. I'd say more Flex this week, but they are at home.
  9. Was saying the same thing, you have DT, Sanders, JT and he keeps going to Tamme? Can't even say he was taking what they were giving cause he was covered well almost every time he went to him. Hope the loss turns into a positive and they grow from it.
  10. To not be a moron next week? Sat Manning and Brady due to the weather for Foles and Palmer respectively...Still won Local 1 by 19 (and have Wayne tonight). Lost local 2 by the 8 extra points Brady would have gotten me had I played him.
  11. I've picked up John Brown and am playing him as a WR3 bye week filler for the upside. What convinced me was the 75 yard TD that Fitz had last week. If you watch the replay, Brown outran the 2 defenders chasing Fitz (from behind, no angle taken) and caught up to Fitz before he crossed the 10 yard line. Pure Speed + Carson Palmer = Good things.
  12. I think Dallas wins that game if they keep Weeden in. Romo clearly had limited mobility.
  13. Exactly what I did, dropped Thomas for Ingram when his original owner let him go. Will lose a few more 3rd downs to Thomas when he is back, but I expect him to be a solid RB2 ROS. Now I just have to find a place to play him once Tate and Julio come off bye.
  14. TJ Ward will probably be on Gronk, with some Talib mixed in for good measure.
  15. Thanks 2V, great to have some insight. Always thought it was ordered a bit from best to worst. Still would be nice to have My Huddle players highlighted
