Dr. Sacrebleu
In week 1? Colbert goes against the Saints J Smith goes against Seattle 2 Porous defenses, but there are serious ?s about both players. Old reliable has, I gather stunk it up in the pre-season, and Colbert has yet to prove that he is a bonafide #2 receiver in the NFL.

Swashbucklers
I would be a little leary starting Keary Colbert at the beginning of the year. I would go with Smith because he has put up numbers in the past, and will get his share of looks. Both easy matchups, but I would go with the more proven. I also wouldn't mind having Colbert on my roster for later in the season. I think he will solidify his #2, and with Smith being double covered, he will benefit. Dr. Sacrebleu
good solid answers. I can count my WDIS posts on the fingers of my left hand, but every once in a while you just have that mental block. Colbert is now OUT (I had him starting) Smith is IN
reddogs2020
My opponent in week one has Delhomme. I have a choice of Rod Smith, D.Mason, or K.Colbert at WR3. Who do I start?
Grits and Shins
Very tough call. With Jimmy looking very un-Jimmy like in the preseason and Colbert unproven. I probably take a big swallow and remind myself that pre-season means nothing and start Jimmy.
Randall
Smith. They are going vertical more this year and he is still the #1 receiver there.

IrishPride
Byron is healthy and Smith as long as he feels like catching, I think like 8 out there first 10 games based on sos are a joke, Leftwich has the ability to throw on seattle........couple of scores atleast.
