The Chargers were certainly a surprise last season, but we'll see how they do with the first place schedule. The Chiefs seem like they ought to be better. The Broncos, I just don't know how good they will be. And the Raiders with a considerably entertaining offense. Tough nut to crack this '05 AFC West. godtomsatan Posted August 11, 2005 Author Share Posted August 11, 2005 Occasionally one of these teams sucks (Oakland & San Diego this decade), but for the most part, all 4 are mediocre to above average. You can go back to the early 60s to find quality rivalries here. You can barely say that about the AFC East, the NFC East, and even the NFC nroth.
