1stimer
How has Heath Miller been doing in camp? Will he have any type of stats to fill a bye-week for a TE?
steeler
I think he's caught one pass for five yards so far this preseason.... not impressive. Steelers TEs caught 6 TDs last year IIRC... so the only chance of him beinga good bye week filler would be if he scores a TD the week you start him.... pretty hard to predict TDs to TE on a team that doesn't really throw to the TE. Plus, with the departure of Burress, I'd have to assume they'll be looking to install some plays for Miller.
Menudo
I really think and hope that the Steelers will make solid use of Miller's receiving skills. However, as a long time Steeler fan, I can say, don't bet the farm on it. Mark Bruener came out of college as a decent receiving TE, but with the Steelers he became a premiere blocking TE, but was not used much in the receiving game. I do think that Heath Miller will be used this year, and it would be a waste not to use him, but I wouldn't use any early picks on it, because it is too early to tell, and thus far the pre-season hasn't shown any promise. However, it is the pre-season, and maybe they are keeping him in the bag, so to speak.

It won't be enough to make a difference fantasy wise.
