FredGSanford
That leaves a hugh hole in the boat for the Bills. That defense is the only chance they have to be successful this season, and things just got a lot tougher.
Doc Holliday
They were not able to stop the run this year with him. now without that is gonna make things that much tougher.

Steeltown Dre
I agree - Buffalo already was ranking DEAD LAST in rushing Defense, allowing 174 yards per game and a whopping 5.7 yards per carry. Their passing defense, in contrast, was #1 in the NFL, allowing only 106.3 yards per game. The key stat, however, is that Buffalo's opponents were only attempting 23 passes per game, also a league low. They allow a completion % of 57%, which is in the middle of the league. This means while they don't allow many passing yards, it is only because their opponents run the ball on them at will and don't have the need to pass. Opponents run the ball on them 33 times per game, second most only to Houston. But even Houson does not allow 5.3 yards per carry (they allow 4.2). If opponents had to pass, they would do reasonably well, but they don't need to since they can run all over Buffalo. It won't get any easier for Buffalo - they allowed those yards to D. Davis, Cadillac Williams and Dunn. They next face McAllister, Ronnie Brown, CuMar, L. Jordan, and Dillon before a bye week, and then face Priest, LT, Stephen Davis, Ronnie Brown, Dillon, Mike Anderson, Rudi Johnson and CuMar. I'm not sure what to think of their D, but if they couldn't stop the run before losing Spikes, and given that their offense has been as unproductive at moving the ball as it has, it will be a long season in Buffalo.
