SuperCharger
can ya narrow down some choices, he's below stud and above mewelde moore... 1078968[/snapback] Unfortunately below stud and above M. Moore doesn't leave many choices at RB this year. Try to target an owner who has depth at RB. Backs like A. Green, K. Barlow, M. Moore are about the best I'd give up for R. Smith. Hopefully you can find someone desperate at WR with depth at RB.
BearcatTom
Unfortunately, he is not considered as valuable as he really his. The reality is that you probably won't get much. Someone like Duckett, or Faulk, or maybe Patrick Pass is probably all that anyone will offer up. Mainly backups and split timers is all you will get. You might have an outside shot at Droughns from Clev. or M. Anderson or Stecker or M Moore depending on what those owners have at RB and need at WR. It is unfortunate that people don't value him more. Funny, he has more points than Marvin H. this year, but Marvin will command more on name value alone and potential. Funny thing about potential, unless realized, it is useless.

This year, Denver has gone into a "ball control" offense, mainly to put the brakes on Jake, and it seem to be working. As a result, the Denver passing game has suffered, and with it, Rod Smith. He still can do it (see last week's performance against the Pats: 6/123, 1 td), but has not seen as many passes this year. One more thing best to remember about Jake/Broncos: They play much better at home (mainly Jake). So, I would keep Rod Smith and play the matchups, hoping that Denver opens-up the offense (some signs last week).
