baddfish2
I know the Rams Def has been pretty awful, but it's the Texans. Jacksonvill is solid on the run, and pretty good against the pass, but Warner is a yardage machine and we get big points for holding teams under 250 yards total offense. Points too for sacks, int, fumble recovery and TD's both def and special teams. Would you start JAX, STL, or waive STL and get SEA to start. Shotgun Messiahs
Rams looks like the best option this week.

I think I'd stick with Jax see mine please

BirdmanJones
Jax-While Warner's looked good of late, add a little pressure and he starts to play hot potato.
Ground Chuck
I'd go with Jax. I own them too. I just looked, in the five weeks before last week against the inconsistant Rams, Ds started in my league against the Cardinals were scoring 20 points a week. Cards give up sacks and turn the ball over.
baddfish2
Have I mentioned lately how much I love this place?
thedugout01
Based on your point system. It's a tough call. I'm going with the Rams. Lots of Sacks and no yards from Houston http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?showtopic=130841
