Carson Palmer / Eli Manning trade

I was recently offered the following trade for the upcoming draft:

I give Carson Palmer, pick 2.08 and pick 4.08

for

Eli Manning, pick 1.08 and pick 4.01

I currently have the 1.05 pick as well.

League scoring is performance based. League is Keeper league, holding 1 Player from each position from the previous year. Palmer (last year) outscored Manning 218 to 170 for the year.

Start 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1PK, and 1DEF.

Other notable players on my roster were Kevin Jones, Brian Westbrook, Andre Johnson, Reggie Wayne, and others.

Palmer was the stud for my team last year, so I am loath to give him up. However, with him coming back from the injury this year, I thought that it might be a good idea to move him if the right offer came along. Picking up the 1.08 pick would allow me to draft the best available RB at 1.05 and then have the opportunity for an Anquan Boldin or Chambers at 1.08 (or another RB). I would not pick again until 3.05.

Any thoughts?

Yeah, I am hoping that the improvement (offensively) of the other teams in the NFC east (well, at least Dallas and Washington) will mean higher scoring in those games, as well as against the Eagles. Giving up on Palmer wasn't easy, but I can see him struggling (a little) to get back into the swing of things. Hopefully it won't come back to bite me in the a$$.
