Pos Player, Team RB Tiki Barber RB Ronnie Brown RB Edgerrin James WR Torry Holt if you can only keep them for one season, i do barber and brown. if you can keep them longer, i do brown and edge. slicker
I like Brown and Holt. Two established players with no risk. Edge looks tempting in Arizona but the running game for that team was lousy last year.
bago blackshirts
Depending on your scoring, I would go with Barber and Brown...they'll both have huge years.
yo mama
Depends on whether you have any limits on how long you can keep players, how many teams are in your league, and whether you get points for receptions. grollmus
Thanks for the replies guys. We can keep them as long as we want. There are no points for receptions. 12 Team League with 3 expansion teams coming this year (making the total 12 including them).
yo mama
Okay, then you pick Barber and Holt *if* you to maxamize your chances of winning this year. I think you go 2 RBs - one of them Brown - if you want to build the most solid keeper foundation possible going forward. Barber may retire next year, so his keeper value is in question. However, he's solid for this year. But without PPR he isn't a "must keep" player. Edge has more keeper appeal, but his present impact in 2006 will likely be less than Barbers'. That's a judgment call you'll have to make for yourself, if you go that route. Edited August 4, 2006 by yo mama

KUBJPO01
Very easy...Brown and Edge. Other guys are getting old and you'll be way ahead with 2 rb's on your squad b4 even drafting.
