jarhead
Not sure if he's worth a spot right now......I want to grab Lundy just for what if ???
pzarvell
Well, the problem for me with any "handcuff" is that the player riding the pines has a good reason to be riding the pines - because he's not good enough to start in the NFL. If Westbrook goes down, having Bulkhalter gives you another starting RB but it doesn't mean he'll be anywhere near as good as Westbrook. Deacon Frost
What Buckhalter does is give you a back on Sunday who you can switch into the lineup at the last minute who's game always starts when Westy's does (and thus is available to switch on the 3:00pm games or sun/mon night) and who WILL get the majority of the work at RB when Westy is out for the game. He may not be the ongoing answer if Westy goes down for longer than a game?...but he sure will be that day.
