The Vatican Hitsquad
What I meant about the new coach cleaning house was more in regard to the young coach gaining the players respect. I've seen it happen before in business when a new young sales manager gets hired. If the older salesmen don't give him the respect he deserves as their boss IMO he's better off letting them go even if they are one of the biggest sales producers. Thought I heard there are at least 9 players on the roster older than the new coach. Didn't matter when they hired Gruden, Madden and Davis (I don't count Shanny as they fired him so fast, undeservedly) as coaches in their young 30's. Sides, he knows Megan Foxbag Sap persoannlly, and that will help win over the tough crowd. But none of that matters if the guy can't coach... do that well, and the rest will follow. Todd1
If he is a QB coach, he obviously would want nothing to do with Michael Vick, right?
kpholmes
If he is a QB coach, he obviously would want nothing to do with Michael Vick, right? Correct. He was also the head of the scouting department at USC, so I doubt we'll see as many "bust" picks like Gallery and Fabian Washington. muck
Look for a draft filled with USC alums and the alums of USCs recent opponents.
